Simple Franks is a UK-based business providing event experiences, charity rallies, and street food services. Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Simple Franks.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian, will use the website lawfully and not for any fraudulent or harmful purpose, and will not attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at any time.

All bookings and ticket purchases made through the website are subject to availability and acceptance by Simple Franks. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive confirmation via email.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Payments made through the website are securely processed via Wix. Simple Franks does not store or have access to full payment card details.

Participation in any Simple Franks event or rally is at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit to participate, that any vehicle entered is road legal, insured, and suitable for long-distance travel, and that you comply with all local laws, road regulations, and event instructions. Simple Franks reserves the right to refuse or remove participants whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or brings the event into disrepute.

Refunds, transfers, and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of cancellation by Simple Franks, all monies paid directly to us will be refunded in full. Simple Franks is not responsible for any third-party costs such as travel or accommodation.

For Simple Franks Street Food bookings, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event date. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation, with the deposit retained.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Simple Franks and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Simple Franks shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred as a result of participation in events, rallies, or use of our services, except where required by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be effective once posted on this page.
