Founded back in 2014, Simple Franks was built on more than flavour. From day one, we’ve carried a deep social and environmental conscience, always striving to reduce our carbon footprint while serving food that brings people together. Long before it was trendy, vegan food had a place on our menu — and in our values.

Jacob, the son, holds tight to the roots of what made Simple Franks famous. A fierce supporter of local farmers, he champions slow-smoked, Tex-Mex-inspired carnivore classics, cooked low and slow with respect for craft, tradition, and flavour.

Simple Franks Since 2014
Simple Franks is here to flip the script on street food. We serve foot-long, fully loaded, beechwood-smoked vegan hotdogs that hit hard on flavour and attitude — made for dirty little vegans and curious carnivores alike. Every frank is stacked, sauced, and unapologetically bold, built to be messy, satisfying, and unforgettable.
We don’t do boring stalls. Our franks are served straight out of the boot of our custom Mini, turning heads before you’ve even taken your first bite. It’s food with theatre — part street party, part guilty pleasure, all plant-based goodness.
Perfect for festivals, markets, private parties, and brand activations, Simple Franks is a guaranteed show-stopper. Big flavours, big personality, zero compromise. If you want food that draws a crowd and leaves people talking long after the last bite — you’ve found it.
Custom Mini
This year I’m hitting the road for the first time with my custom Mini, featuring a fully built mini kitchen that lives in the boot and slides out at events. Being disabled and getting older, I needed to find a new way to keep doing what I love — so I converted the Mini to work for me, not against me. I honestly hope you love it as much as I do, because it’s definitely a show-stopper at events.
