From festival food to pop-up cinemas and everything in between, Simple Franks is all about bringing people together for something a bit different.

Simple Franks has been flipping the script on street food since 2014. We serve foot-long, fully loaded, beechwood-smoked plant based hotdogs that hit hard on flavour and attitude — made for dirty little vegans and curious carnivores alike. Every frank is stacked, sauced, and unapologetically bold, built to be messy, satisfying, and unforgettable.

We don’t do boring. Our franks are served straight out of the boot of our custom Mini, turning heads before you’ve even taken your first bite. It’s food with theatre — part street party, part guilty pleasure, all plant-based goodness.

Cinema

Simple Franks Airways

Welcome aboard, Simple Franks Airways is a food & film experience, where each event is a “flight” to a new destination — combining a big screen cinema with a themed in-flight meal.

Boarding opens at 6:15pm, where guests arrive, check in, and collect their meal before taking their seats. Each ticket includes a destination-inspired Simple Frank and fries, designed to match the theme of the night — from Mediterranean flavours to New York street-style classics. Everything is fully plant-based, built around flavour first.

Once boarding is complete, the lights dim and the film begins on a large screen with full sound, creating a relaxed, social cinema experience right in your local venue.

Each flight is limited to around 50 passengers, keeping the atmosphere comfortable, easy-going, and just a little bit special.

Every flight brings a new destination, a new menu, and a new film — giving you a reason to come back on board.

Custom Mini

This year I’m hitting the road for the first time with my custom Mini, featuring a fully built mini kitchen that lives in the boot and slides out at events. Being disabled and getting older, I needed to find a new way to keep doing what I love — so I converted the Mini to work for me, not against me.
